Unless you're buddy-buddy with upper management you'll go nowhere. Nepotism is standard practice. The HR handbook you receive is only to be used against you and never to your benefit as an employee. Benefits are a dismal. There is NO PTO ( unless you're salary and then you get paid whether you're there or not) no sick leave of any kind. Morale is in the tank and management ignores it. Yearly reviews as outlined in the employee handbook? No, they don't follow their own guidelines. Vacation pay for hourly employees occurs on your date of hire every year. Why? They know you won't be able to hold onto it and, therefor, can't take a vacation. Work / Life Balance? Only if your work IS your life. Nothing has changed in the 5+ years I've been there. They could do so much better, but simply don't seem interested.

Few cons exist. However, they tend to lack in the promotions. Their employee healthcare options are not that good. Sometimes, you will have to work for hours to complete an order for it only to be cancelled by the customer (however, this is just the nature of the rental business).
