There are some good people at Ahern but are few and far between

Cons

They boast a family lifestyle but if you aren't in the clique then you aren't worth their time. They have a high turnover rate for a reason.

You usually don't work weekends and you get overtime but that's about it. Upper management and visitors seem like they care local branch level does not

Cons

Poor management in every aspect lies around every corner with promises that never come true, You get overworked and underappreciated and underpaid while idiots run the branches making all the money. Never know whether or not you're going to have a job the next day
