      Pros

      The diversity of the staff and the teamwork I shared within the Credit department. Once I was promoted and given a raise, my new colleagues were hostile. I believe it was due to our differences in race.

      Cons

      HR does not address serious claims of harassment. As an educated female, I was promoted, then harassed and humiliated by my new colleagues with no true investigation. I filed a sexual harassment complaint, with no feedback or investigation from HR. Rather, Ahern retaliated against me and informed me I was being terminated due to Covid 19. I am still seeking legal counsel.

      Pros

      Solid work schedule, Plenty of training opportunities, Time off is easily approved pay is good at least it was for me. and there is always overtime. The Benefits are pretty good as well

      Cons

      Time off is easily approved because you are not paid for it. There was no PTO when I was there. The Benefits are good but they come at a good price as well.
