Pros
Ahern gives its sales reps a great deal of autonomy. They are an account based sales, not tarrory. They give you just about everything you need to go out and sell. Operations is strong and very supportive to the sales team given constraints. The first year of work, the sales rep will receive a stipend until the sales rep builds their book of business.
Cons
Management team need to mature. Not enough equipment to support the sales team. Ahern needs up update their technology. They are still using AS400/Rental Man. Not enough Drivers to support the demand.
