Pros

Good hours. Co workers are cool.

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme. No time off or vacation til 2 yrs in. Benefits suck. Over worked under paid. No room to move up. Management doesn't care. Can't ever be late even 1 or 2 min otherwise you get a mark on your record and 3 of them and you'll be fired. Again micromanagement with emails and phone calls. Trap you with non compet clause for a year. They trick you into signing it with a 500 dollar bonus. But not worth in the long run.

Pros

Nothing actually and that's the sad part.

Cons

The turnover rate is high. Temps leave mid-day and never come back. Management doesn't seem to be bothered. They lie to the temp agencies. They bully those who they know will not speak up for themselves. When you go to senior management, they don't do anything to resolve the issue. They will tell the other manager or supervisor what you said and now it's a hostile environment, creating more tension and harassment. If you go to HR they'll tell you it's in your head. Senior reps have to train new hires, while supervisors gossip and make up nicknames for other employees in Spanish and laugh at them. It's really a sad environment to work in. The morale is so low. What manager or supervisor enjoys making their employees upset, even cry? When it comes to raises, new hires come in now at a higher rate, but they refuse to give senior reps a decent raise. They think a .65¢ raise will keep employees. No one encourages you to advance or try new things in other departments. They don't want you to leave, but won't promote or create new positions to advance to. Vacation time is only 5 days for the first 2 years. No sick time at all. The owner preaches about family, but doesn't want to give his employees sick time. If your sick or had to go to the hospital they still want you to come in or be threaten with a write up. Benefits are horrible. Too expensive to afford so I had none. Political agenda runs rapid to the point where they are telling you how to vote. This place needs a major overhaul. Someone who shows more diversity across the board. A place that's inclusive of EVERYONE.

Pros

Days fly by like nothing, because it never slows down. Every day there's something new going on that needs attention, and before you know it you've done a 10 hour day. Most people are willing to help, and the atmosphere is light and almost fun (most of the time).

Cons

Management turns over like crazy. In my time here we've been through 3 VP's, 5 Branch Managers, and various mechanics and sales reps.

Pros

Depends on where you work. There are nice people here at both offices, but the culture that the CEO and President have created is oppressive to anyone that isn't banging the MAGA drum, I don't know why anyone would work here who isn't a Trump fan.

Cons

Where to start? There's having MAGA and Trump shoved down your throat at every opportunity, making it obvious that you'd better be in that camp or you are not welcome. "If you're a liberal, you shouldn't even work here" is a thing I heard the CEO say on more than one occasion. I also regularly heard sexist and homophobic remarks from upper management. The CEO is a loudmouth who berates people whenever he likes, even if if you're not the person he's upset with. He also believes COVID is a hoax yet sells antiseptic equipment to spray down workstations. He thinks he suckering people. Extra work is expected but not compensated for. Benefits are a joke. Time logging makes working here extremely stressful.
