      Loved the fast pace, get thins done for the customer. Spent many years and loved the overall challenges.

      Cons

      Management can be a little too political or favoritism. Spend too much time chasing ideas and projects that were told was not marketable or too inefficient but wouldn't listen to those in specific fields.
