      Pros

      Boss was ok, branch mgr never around.

      Cons

      High turnover, horrible insurance, 10 months make quota or you are out. Don't trust employees with gps in vehicles and on phone. Meat grinder mentality. Equipment rented wasn't always the best.

      Pros

      Weekly pay checks, company bbq and cheap rental equipment for employees. Clean shop and a steady variety of rental equipment to work on.

      Cons

      Rental equipment and middle management is the worst at Ahern Rental, there was little education on equipment or manuals / flow chart on diagnostic trouble shooting

      steady work, free coffee, good employees

      Cons

      did not get paid for overtime worked, was not told that would need list of tools till 2 months after working and 1 month till hire date, Never was hired full time.
