      Pros

      Thought I was working for a family company. At least that's what they always told me. Nothing is ever the same from day to day.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you've worked for them if you don't kiss the right amount of **** they will let you go in a drop of a time. Worked for them for almost 9 years before I was suddenly layed off.

      Lots of hours great if you are single with no kids not good for long term employment

      Cons

      Don't ever turn in a two week notice they will let you go on the spot. No matter how good of an employee you were. No benefits if you want affordable insurance for your family look elsewhere. If anything happens even if it's not your fault and it was unavoidable management wil Fire you I watched it happen to several employees.
