Very strong Business Transient Sales Training

Cons

Their business model is to "turn and burn" properties, the owners that they partner with aren't interested in long-term success of a properties, Guest Service and Associate appreciate are low on priority list.

Aimbridge Hospitality for Sales Positions have very high expectations that are almost impossible or very de-motivating goals that make turnover occur often . Example would be we were told to have 50 prospecting goals a week, with key decision makers. Having such a high goal- specifically with decision makers a week, leaves room to provide junk cause you are looking to fill a number each week, versus finding great qualitative information and connections. Very Poor Management with little direction.
