Pros

I joined the Aimbridge team through a large acquisition in 2016, which almost doubled the size of the entire company. Of course there was an adjustment period and some growing pains, but all in all this opportunity is continuing to open a ton of doors for me, and for those that embrace the pace of change. They preach from day 1 that their culture is all about promoting and developing within and I have seen that first hand. They reward results over tenure, and really do a good job with employee recognition. The hotel discounts perks are a huge pro as well!

Cons

No company credit cards are offered at this time. I have to put all expenses on a personal card and it can take a few weeks to get reimbursed.

Pros

It's a job so I mean at least I'm employed Paid holidays off for some departments not all not clear on how it all really works for all departments

Cons

Micromanaging No employee appreciation the other hotel management company's have contest with prizes like cruises.....we get a pizza party. Not much incentive. Nothing is clear at all in regards to vacation and sick pay and accrual. Very cheap in terms of pay someone managing one hotel in a different property management company will make more than someone managing multiple hotels with this company. Corners are cut a lot with employees especially with non management positions and then they wonder why there's so much turn over. . . The people that are hired in management are not professional at all, I literally get a pit in my stomach before having to go to work sometimes wondering what drama is going to happen next with management. The job isn't hard, the incessant drama and management makes it into table they really need to look into the managers they've hired.

Pros

Free meals and a decent benefit package. They offer hotel discounts at all their properties. Free parking too.

Cons

Very poor micro managers that are in it for themselves. Most of the time there are no answers to your questions. Over worked and under payed. You can only make so much in a position then your wages are frozen. No raise in TEN years with a spotless record. HR usually can't answer your questions and must contact corporate for those answers, even lost my direct deposit information, very careless and unorganized.
