      Training received is excellent and the tempo is fast paced, deployment tempo is higher then other majcoms as well

      Pros

      Day to day mission is fairly simple and easy just learn your job and preform your duties. Ensure you complete all upgrade training on time

      Cons

      Depending on your career field funds are not distributed proportionally. So ensure you choose a career field with good funding.

      Disconnected flag officers, short assignments for Colonels and above making for lurches in organizational direction common, overly focused on short range fighter aircraft especially given the "rebalance" to the Pacific
