      Pros

      Serving our nation, leading like-minded men and women of integrity. Working with an organization of high moral (core) values. Getting to borrow the keys to $50 million aircraft is just icing on cake

      Cons

      Significant time away from home, many night shifts, and 16 hour days later in career. I'm still married, but most of peers are not. National politics will have significant impact on work environment.

      ACC takes extremely good care of their folks.

      Unfortunately, due to the sequstration, there just isn't money available like there used to be.
