      Pros

      Great clinical training, autonomy, amazing line level colleagues. Significant improvement in wages over the last couple of years. Very inclusive hiring practices. Very proud of the safety culture.

      Cons

      Some (Not all) managers who micromanage and are clueless on how to treat professionals.

      Good Company - Minor Regional Differences

      Pros

      I have worked here for 4+ years, in various roles, in all regions of the company. The company has a solid corporate culture of safety and clinical quality. Many of the cons that I have seen have been more rooted in the local leadership/management and less on the company as a whole. Pay is competitive for the industry.

      Cons

      Regional differences in culture can cause poor outlooks. HEMS in general needs to pay more for clinicians, the adage of "you can make more money with OT" is not a sustainable lifestyle long term.
