Pros

The pay and benefits were acceptable.

Cons

Communication with management not encouraged - figure things out on your own and availability of management was almost nil. Training was very poor almost non-existent. Certain corporate departments were very non-inclusive of people, no team feeling within department.

Pros

Schedule, the program I work at (AM is the parent company to the program), people I work with make the cons a bit tolerable.

Cons

More than the pros...low pay, all policies benefit or protect the company. High demands but no incentive, zero respect for frontline staff.

Potential to be a great company, but needs a lot of improvement

Pros

- Great coworkers - Some benefits are good (401k, tuition reimbursement program) - Meaningful/important service provided

Cons

- Upper management and senior leadership is out of touch with what is actually going on and not engaged - Pay, PTO and majority of the Benefits are not competitive - Lack of direction and transparency - Favoritism is high - High turnover - "Bandaid" approach to resolving problems instead of trying to fix the core issues
