Thank you for sharing your thoughts, however I am sorry to hear of your experience with Airgain. As you have experienced, Airgain operates like a startup requiring our teams to pivot their direction and put Airgain in the best position forward with our business. Any communication gaps that have been created are completely unintentional, not permanent, and are part of our growing pains with being a lean company on its growth path. With Airgain being less than 150 employees globally, we look to our team members to have a voice to close any communication gaps and build the functional processes to best support Airgain and its direction. We do appreciate your comments and will take them into specific consideration when adding rigor to our processes.
