Manager is honest and kind. Realistic on expectations- when balancing work and home life. Gives encouragement and praise when see's it.

Cons

Promotions are few when your a CRS. Old perks have decreased. The sense of teamwork and culture has change as the company gets bigger.

Pros

Your coworkers in office help make the day.

Cons

You will be overworked and underpaid, a W2 employee treated like a contractor. You will work long hours, and when you are not getting the numbers you want, or the numbers you are expected, everything falls on you. The help that once was, no longer exists. Express your concerns, you’ll just get told how you are wrong. Docs get rewarded for nothing, and your opportunity for a busy practice is a luck of the draw. Most areas are over saturated, but management doesn’t care. It doesn’t take much to pay their providers, and they reap the rewards of everything else. Base collections after two years is 25% of what you bill, but after you pay for your rehab help, at $16.50 an hour, congrats, you now collect 17% of what you bill. “Work for yourself” mentality without the pay. What was once a great place to work is falling to the wayside. This company had such a great culture, and felt like a family, it now feels like a corporate situation, and we all feel like numbers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re feeling overworked and underappreciated. At Airrosti, we remain committed to our mission and to creating an environment where all team members feel supported and valued – both in the quality of musculoskeletal care we provide and in the day-to-day experience of our employees. Our ACP compensation is designed to be one of the most competitive in the chiropractic industry and has consistently proven more beneficial than other structures. That said, compensation alone doesn’t address all aspects of job satisfaction, and we understand feeling unsupported in your role can take a toll. We’d appreciate the chance to better understand the specific areas where’re you’re feeling stretched or lacking support, especially when it comes to practice building. Please know that your voice matters, and we’re committed to continuous improvements – for our patients and for all members of the Airrosti team.
