Base collections after two years is 25% of what you bill, but after you pay for your rehab help, at $16.50 an hour, congrats, you now collect 17% of what you bill. “Work for yourself” mentality without the pay. What was once a great place to work is falling to the wayside. This company had such a great culture, and felt like a family, it now feels like a corporate situation, and we all feel like numbers.
