Pros

None. If you count having a job a pro?

Cons

Poor sales leadership! Cliques, politics, feels like you are back in high school and the Vice Presidents are incompetent!

Nepotism and Favoritism

Pros

Sole decent people here and there.

Cons

Nepotism has allowed Sunday dinners to be the decision-making moments. It’s obvious to everyone at the ASC if you are related to anyone in upper management you are untouchable. Similarly, if you graduated from Trinity University apparently you are now in a position to bring others on board with little actual experience in the field. When the CEO has zero accountability for either of these groups it’s clear what the focus of the company is… and it’s not the revenue generators out in the field.

We are deeply committed to ensuring our hiring and promotion practices are based on qualifications, experience, and a passion for delivering the best soft tissue treatment on the planet. We take great care to maintain fairness and integrity in all aspects of our operations. While it is true that, like many companies our size, members of the same family or fellow alumni may work within our organization, this is not a factor in how we select or promote employees. Our focus remains on finding the best candidates who demonstrate a clear commitment to our values and dedication to patient care. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our HR practices.

Pros

Work from home/ Hybrid option

Cons

Training is a complete joke! The “Trainer” is teaching you how to verify/interpret benefits for multiple carriers. When it’s time for questions, you get a deer in the headlights look for a response, along with an awkward chuckle and a very long recap of your question. Only to throw you off with a “I’ve never seen that before” response. Most/all new RCM/PAT management and leadership“Pass the buck”. They implement new processes that do not work for employees, but favor them. There is absolutely NO support, lack of trust, and DEFINITELY enlarged egos. Sadly all recent reviews are true, AIRROSTI RCM/PAT is not the same. Too many bosses, not enough leaders. Current RCM management 2022 is: Toxic, bully, micromanage, fake, backstabbers, and egotistical. So watch out!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. The Inbound Team has the privilege of being the first impression for the majority of Airrosti patients, so training is very important to us. We pride ourselves in lifting one another up, so we are very sad to hear you did not feel supported during your tenure at Airrosti. Since this is the first we have heard of these concerns, we would like to take the time to reconnect with you. Please contact Human Resources at your earliest convenience. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. - Airrosti HR Team
