      Pros

      Aisera has built solutions that truly provide business value to their customer. It has an enterprise presence and it's not at the hyper-growth phase. The team is very experienced with folks coming from tech giants as well as other enterprise focused companies.

      Cons

      As any start-up in growth mode, there is a lot of things going on. You will need to be able to juggle multiple projects and inquiries from both clients as well as internal ones.

      Innovative and Strong Product Offering Great Sales Tools Happy customers Great Leadership from Individuals who've been extremely successful in the past Great Equity packages Smart people who are very helpful for sales support

      Cons

      Still a small and growing company. Lot's of processes to be built out but that's expected. It's a hard working culture, which in my mind is a positive, but if you join prepare to excel and grow the company. Or else it's not a great fit.
