      Pros

      The team and talent is absolutely inspiring. There's plenty of open communication and collaboration throughout the company and no title feels less or more important than another. There's lots of motivation within the employees and potential of the company. The passion displayed for the company and our offering is evident, and fosters a very diligent and stimulating environment.

      Cons

      Aisera is a startup with massive potential. That being said, it's no surprise that employees work extremely hard and extremely long hours. It can be tough to find a work-life balance but nonetheless, when you are doing a job you enjoy for a company you believe in, it isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's that "Hard work will pay off" mindset driving dedication and commitment.

      Pros

      Company is growing fast, we all pulled together like a family to get the job done. The top exec's here are fair and the work moved fast enough to keep it interesting. Awesome experience and would recommend.

      Cons

      Working from home and covid made the work much more difficult. Too many zoom meetings can wear you out.

      Long hours typical of emerging startups, but the future looks bright! This is a winning team with an amazing product.
