Pros

Enterprise ready product with tons of customer interest on both the internal help desk as well as external customer service desk. Strong technical team to support the sales teams whenever needed

Cons

Aisera moves very quickly. If you aren't ready for that, Aisera may not be the place for you.

Pros

Great product! Innovative, yet, very tangible application of AI/ML. Customers have already achieved a lot of success and value from their investments in Aisera. The entire company is very focused on customer success and business execution. There's a tight knit community culture where individuals raise the bar consistently, push each other, and get each others' backs regularly.

Cons

Extremely fast paced, with a lot of exposure. While this is great for many people, it may not be the best for all.

Pros

There are many pros to working for Aisera. -The autonomy to create your own work schedule -The ability to interact with C-level on a daily basis -You are able to voice your opinions on how you'd like to change things up and create a better workflow. -The team members are always willing and able to help answer any questions you may have.

Cons

- The communication between departments can be lacking -There are things that get thrown onto your plate last minute that are expected to be done immediately with no forewarning. (not necessarily a con but can be stressful)
