      Transparent leadership Amazing product that brings immediate value to customers Positive company morale "we're all building this together" mentality Leadership with proven track records of success Team approach in everything you do

      Cons

      This is a start up, so not a "cushy" job. You have to be resourceful and agile. Sales people need to find business, so if you're up for the grind, Aisera is an amazing place to be.
