      Pros

      Aisera has built a compelling culture around support and growth. In this fast-paced environment you have an opportunity to learn a ton! People are very supportive and motivated to win as a team. You need to be comfortable taking on challenges and responsibilities.

      Cons

      As I mentioned earlier, it is a fast-paced environment which could also get challenging with very tight deadlines.

      Transparent, engaged and open leadership Phenomenal high interest product that brings immediate value to customers Solves business, financial (self-fund immediate ROI), and technical pain for clients "We're all building and in this together" high morale C-Level with proven track records of success Sales peers always ready and willing to help Great coaching and mentorship helping to make you better everyday High earning potential

      Cons

      Pedal to the metal everyday. This is a high velocity start up with a focus on net new logo acquisition. Big internal engine self-starters required to create opportunities (everyone participates in pipeline generation). Building out a large territory is a required capability. If you have a willingness to learn and be coached as part of a high performing sales org. Aisera is a great place to be! Everyone is very busy and meeting start / stop times tend to change rapidly as expected in a fast paced startup. Additional structure for company wide meetings and internal connects could be elevated.

      1) Being a new company sometimes you can be overworked
