      Pros

      I was hired during Covid. All interviews were remote but I felt like I was able to get to know the company well and vice versa. Onboarding was smooth. HR team was in constant touch with me after I had accepted my offer. They were prompt and responsive in getting all my equipment to me in a timely manner which helped me get up and running on day one. I have been here 2 months and really excited about the leadership team, the product and the problem we are solving in the marketplace. The leadership team is extremely supportive and understands family needs during Covid. If you want hop on a rocket ship, this is it, but it is hard work. :-)

      Cons

      It's definitely a start up. You need to be resourceful to find an answer. Not being able to meet employees in person during the interviews was tough.

      Pros

      Technology out of the box is powerful. Leadership is exactly that - leaders who are here to make you better.

      Cons

      It’s a startup and it is a lot of hard work....but when the Enterprise/Commercial space recognizes the power of the technology it will be one wide ride!!!

      Pros

      I initially spoke with a mutual connection but he unfortunately didn’t have headcount at the time (in the middle of the pandemic). A few months went by & I saw a role I was interested in. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was hired! The marketing team is amazing and everybody here really believes in the product & wants to make a difference. The work can be challenging at times, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m constantly learning & wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

      Cons

      Interviewing with the CEO was a bit intense but just do your research & watch his interviews, and you’ll be golden. Be prepared to ask questions regarding his previous work/ventures and actually try to engage with him.
