      None is the right word

      I have been here for more than 3 years now, and I have seen people joining and leaving. I always thought there must be something wrong with these people leaving such good opportunity. I got that bubble busted after having a call with C level leader, they will treat you like a puppet, demean you in meetings, try to make you look like a looser. I won’t recommend this company to anybody. Beware people, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

      Pros

      Waste of your time - anyone can create the same product with some YouTube and ChatGPT. Useless product. Should not get acquired.

      Cons

      Company culture is non-existent, people are forced to post nice Glassdoor reviews. Striving so hard to survive, but this company will cease to exist in a year.

      Free lunch on a daily basis - but only to keep you working through your lunch.

      Cons

      The most horrible leadership that you could imagine. The CEO leads with fear and often belittles people. Employee's are not given a chance to show their worth as goals, objectives and timelines are in constant flux. Most people work until 7pm and are demanded to work on the weekends. There is a work "emergency" on a daily basis and everyone is overworked. PTO often isn't approved, and in many departments you can only take 1-2 days off in a row. There is absolutely no work life balance. The stress and anxiety that comes with working here is not worth it!! A few colleagues of mine have been let go directly before their bonus payout.
