Pros

I don't find anything positive here

Cons

1. Toxic culture. Management constantly schedule meetings at 10pm which ran into 1-2am the second day. They constantly email and message people to work on weekends and I don't remember many weekends that I didn't receive such emails. If you work here, prepare yourself with work-with-no-life. 2. Poor management. Managers don't know the product and issue. Upper managers focus on playing political games and mid-level managers don't know what they are doing. They bring more trouble than help. Without them, I believe the work will be more productive. 3. Lack of Vision. The product is in a good domain. However, the poor executions and shortsighted managers are ruining the product. 4. I was asked to work overnight once and told explicitly that during covid many people lost their jobs and I should appreciate that I still have work to do. 5. Managements ask people to leave fake reviews here. They even sit next to you and look over you shoulders to pressure you to write a positive review.

Pros

Absolutely no pros. Technology is eclipsed by new developments. The clock is ticking on Aisera's viability.

Cons

Where to begin... It mostly centers around the CEO, who creates a toxic environment of micro-management across every corner of the "company" - company in quotes because it's surprising it operates at all, given his poor leadership, judgment, and interpersonal skills. The only ones in management who have stayed with Aisera are "yes people" - anyone that cares about proper business practices including treating employees right have departed. It's truly surprising Aisera continues to receive VC funding. Between their middling technology and all their business issues, I suppose it's a good tax write-off to invest in them.

Pros

Technology is great! Customers seem happy. 90% tech win.

Cons

Toxic culture! No need for a experienced AE. The company just wants BDR's. AE's don't even run their own deals. CEO takes control. Amazing amount of manual documentation of activity when given an amazing amount of tools that have reporting in place. 12 hours of on camera prospecting with the entire sales team.
