      none, fake promise of working on a cool technology which is just a set of rules and faked up fluffed up demo systems

      Cons

      there is no one person in the company who knows anything about AI , forget about conversational AI. They are only trying to steal ideas from the company CEO and his minions have worked in the past. Employees are expected to work all 7 days (yes they will intentionally send you more work on the weekend), 17-18 hours a day. Too much politics for such a small company, the middle management is the worst. Most of them are just 'yes men' who lack any technical expertise.

      Pros

      Very few…company, culture, leadership team, pay and moral are all toxic. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      Cons

      Company leadership needs to be replaced. I am surprised they have not had more lawsuits do to creating a very hostile work environment.
