      If I had to list any pros, there would be none.

      Cons

      The work environment is incredibly toxic stemming from leadership/management. Any middle-managers and below are subjugated to becoming "Yes" men that only suck up to the higher executive team. Everyone is intimidated because they will get called out during a meeting, asked to work over night/the weekend if something is not turnover in less than 24 hours by their demands. Higher executives are verbally abusive and will insult you if you try to express your opinion.

      They won't pay you commissions. They're late every time and often refuse to acknowledge what you earned. Fast turnover because of it
