      Likes to spend money on marketing tech. Interested in sending individual emails 4 hours a day on camera because CEO doesn't rust anyone? Then you'll enjoy this scattered, divided, and leaderless organization

      Cons

      Aisera needs to take a long hard look in the mirror and figure out how to develop business and pipeline. They ask the AE's to pick up all the slack from the BD org and have no recipe for success. Absolute pressure cooker that only harms outcomes.
