Pros

The EX product is decent.

Cons

As long as Muddu is CEO, avoid Aisera at all costs. He inserts himself into deals and then kills them. His literal nickname among the sales leaders that all just quit is “the deal killer” (literally every sales leader but one quit this year and one was fired). The reason sales jobs are always posted is because most people don’t even make it a year at Aisera. The rumor among employees is that the board of directors can’t take action because Muddu owns controlling interest, which means he will drive this company into the ground. Read the one star Glassdoor reviews. “They’re all true” is what I was told after joining and being sold on positive changes happening (which was a loeb). Muddu is the most difficult person I have ever encountered professionally. Aisera’s biggest competitor, Moveworks, calls him their best sales rep and encourages prospects to talk to him in competitive deals because he consistently derails/kills deals for Aisera. The only explanation I can come up with for this (outside of some undiagnosed mental disorder) is ego. Narcissistic doesn’t even begin to describe him. He also makes team members cancel calls last minute that customer and prospect executives are committed to weeks in advance. Literally everyone is miserable at this company. In January Aisera’s CMO and head of Solution Engineering quit in a span of less than a week. A short time later the CRO and his enterprise sales leaders all quit. Others based at the HQ have even heard him threaten to revoke people’s work visa to get them to bend to his will (allegedly) including Aisera’s cofounder/Chief Product Officer. This is the most miserable place I have ever worked and most employees are trying to escape as soon as possible. Please do not give this company any positive recognition. I know others have even emailed the board of directors with similar concerns, only to be ignored. That makes them complicit in his behavior, which has created a culture of backstabbing as some he has hired at HQ attempt to curry his favor.

Pros

Great product and promising market. Seems like there could be many winners in this space.

Cons

The CEO is in over his head. He’s never taken a company this far and he clearly doesn’t have the experience to scale it from here. 90% of the sales organization has churned and there are zero qualified sales leaders that remain. While the product is great and there have been a ton of good deals in the last 18 months, the customer success and implementation teams are not up to speed and there is high customer churn and low net revenue retention.

Pros

there different areas where you can find some interest like MLops, MLE, DS or DevOps you get to see a company growing at least at the moment people who work from different places and cultures

Cons

Only leaders are the ones taking credits who often do nothing but just micromanaging by setting a daily "standup" for a project and demanding things with 0 actions from their side Taking a promotion or raise is as difficult as in big corporations but without streamlined processes You can get a raise if they see you working during weekends and vacations, these people are the ones the CEO like and degrade the ones who leave work after *only* 9h of work
