      Have fun with the interview process as it was a nightmare. Rescheduled more than 10 times. Unprofessional work environment. Unorganized atmosphere. This place is a nightmare. CEO is power hungry and will run this company into the ground.

      Pros

      A lot of smart people that want to deliver excellence. Allows you to work efficiently without much interference. A lot of individual responsibility. Payment comes in on time and the people are co-operative. Great diversity of work in type of work in the week and the client projects you work on. New projects keep coming in. A positive experience overall.

      Cons

      You have to put in the hours, but if you enter with the right mindset, there will be excellent opportunities for growth.
