Friendly staff . Almost like assembly line healthcare . Little to no time between patients.

Pros

Friendly staff , field service support usually responds quickly when equipment fails . Insurance premiums are relatively low . Bonus structure

Cons

Difficult life work balance . Hard to get flexible hours and someone to cover your shift . Very little PTO accrual /less than one day per month , and you do not start with any sick or PTO either , so if you get Covid your screwed . You better have a back up plan and some money saved up . Equipment always failing and old.

Employees and schedules are poorly managed. Pay is below average and benefits are very pricey and do not cover much for the premium paid.
