Great work schedule. The work environment is great. I can learn other modalities.

Cons

The health care isn't the greatest. Akumin can be cheap in giving bonuses or pay raises. Their incentives are always changing. We have passed bonus number of exams only to still be denied bonuses.

Nothing really good to say about the company. Only thing keeping me here is the close proximity to my home as I have small children.

Cons

Where do I start……. Low pay with zero advocacy for deserving employees, those that cannot do their jobs are rewarded and praised, HR and most in management rolls are a joke - forgetting to do things- not processing paperwork-misplacing paperwork-barely showing up to work-completely incompetent. No one knows what their roll is as no actual “job descriptions” are available to employees. And no pay range for the job you are hired to do is available. If I could leave less then one star I would
