Worst Experience Ever

Bonuses, OT, PTO, Nice patients that appreciate the service, nice area to work in

Cons

The management was a revolving door, HR nonexistent, no pay increases/raise, overworked, do not accept PTO fast, high school like environment with coworkers, no communication between management and staff, staff is not reliable, cancelling the schedule last minute, play favorites

I’m not too sure yet.

Cons

Mandated overtime. No out time. They can keep adding patients all night if they want. HR just says whatever the company needs. Management plays favorites. No lunch or meal breaks for over 12 hours of work straight. Often cutting exam times and making scans longer and get mad when you are behind.
