Supervisors bully and micro-manage everything, including coworker friendships, who to talk to, who to say hello to, etc.
Management runs a rumor mill of fabricated stories about employees and instigates hostility between the groups.

When I left, it became necessary to file a complaint with the state to get all of my pay, which I did. Here in Michigan that is the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Use them if you need to.
