Employees are ill treated at warehouse level. Jason Larsen allows the actions of Luke Rashall who spends time speaking poorly of employees openly. Including his close managers. Lots of time pacing the properties angry and not problem solving. Certainly not a positive environment. Stunted growth at warehouse level and out to save a dollar.

I had someone in my department I was trying to get a raise for. They were an awesome worker, very dedicated to the company, and was not making much (like $9 or something like that - they were a single parent as well). The raise was denied. I think they were only asking for $1 raise. When I asked why the raise was denied, I was told that the job isn't complicated and they can "pull anyone off the street to do that job for $9/hour." That's not to say they don't give out raises. They do. But certain buyers need to need to learn a little bit about what good can come from investing more in their employees. The company was taking good care of me, but I just couldn't work for a place that had that attitude so I left.
