Pros

You get to work with fun, smart and innovative people. Generally, the company culture is good and lots of fun activities within company to participate in. Work/Life balance and Pros/Cons depends on the team you join in.

Cons

In my experience there is a list of cons. Low salary, lack of flexibility, no room for career growth, stagnant career, lack of formal training, lack of support for new ideas, list goes on and on. But looking at the big picture, I was in the Information Security team where all engineers left the company within a time span of 3 months. Cons depend on the team you join.

Pros

Most employees here are hard workers and fun to work with.

Cons

- Benefits are standard. Nothing outstanding. - Boring office space. - Lack of communication across and within departments. - Unclear how this company will address growing number of competitors in the industry. - Management is not hands on. Bringing issues and challenges to them is hopeless. - Extremely hard to get promoted or have your opinions heard unless you are friends with management. - Pay is not competitive.

Good opportunities, stressful management

Pros

Fairly good benefits and work-life balance. Training encouraged.

Cons

Disorganized & lack of resources. The company was started to get away from the unhealthy environment of Microstrategy and build a new idea. Unfortunately, they keep importing more and more Microstrategy people who bring the culture with them. The most recent additions have thrown the technology teams into complete disarray. The long term people are mostly ignored and treated unfairly in favor of the new people. Most of the talk is how it *used* to be great and people *used* to be treated well. The company will very likely continue to do well, on the backs of the employees who are being pushed out.
