Pros

- Travel benefits - Medical is pretty affordable - Pay is pretty good for SeaTac / South Sound - Coworkers can be really awesome. Everyone who is an individual contributer (lower level) is really smart and fun to work with. - Senior leadership can be insightful and smart.

Cons

- Constant reorgs which leaves you with fears of being laid off or fired - Direct middle managers do not have management experience, so they are unsupportive, disrespectful, and/or micromange their teams - Employee review process is turing into Amazon, where they rate employees lower to avoid giving merit-based raises - Made people RTO because senior leadership doesn't want people to WFH anymore, no considerations for childcare or other family concerns - Company morale is extremely low. Lots of long-term employees with company knowledge are leaving due to feeling like the company has taken a turn for the worse since COVID - High turnover in corporate all the time due to hiring inexperienced managers and overwhelming workload - Very difficult to hire FTE so you're stuck with too much work - Not a lot of upward mobility to get promoted unless you switch teams - Managers do not know how to support their team members and do not contribute to the team, other than to put more work on individual contriuters
