Pay was little compared to the amount of work we did. Very unrealistic job to keep while having kids due to the mandatory less than 24 hour notice they have. Management was very strict especially about punctuality. You can literally get in a car accident on your way to work and they would not give a damn, they would give you a warning.

Where to begin...corporate culture doesn't really exist. Every manager I have worked with (RM, network, loyalty, catering, marketing, finance) is more concerned about their own upward trajectory than that of growing the people on their team. You take on so many responsibilities that it doesn't seem tenable to have a good work/life balance. Specifically, upper level management lacks the empathy and awareness to be effective leaders.
