There were many friendly employees.

Cons

I was told at one point that I was aiming to high when I was applying at other positions. Management plays favorite. If you don't become their little slave, they will not favor you or recommend you for other opportunities. They didn't value the time I've spend working for them. When I left I felt like I wasted my time and effort for the last 4 years. Alaska USA is a very good example of management dictatorship. Many VPs, Managers, and Supervisors are all entitled and think they're above everyone and should be treated like kings and queens.

Pros

Good benefits, good pay. You work 9 hours a day and have a Friday off every other week. This is not applicable for some groups.

Cons

Micro managing, very little room for being creative, stressful work environment. You can't have true weekends while you are on-call.

Good pay and paid time off; enough so that it was hard to leave once you worked your way up.

Cons

I would describe my experience there as follows: severe micromanagement; chaotic; punitive culture; feel like you're just a "number". I only knew several employees who liked working there.
