Love my immediate co-workers, great benefits.

Cons

Everyone is extremely overworked and underpaid. The planning is completely backwards, they ONLY care about the $ signs and the bottom line. Turnover is extremely high. Stress is through the roof. They don't provide the resources you need to get the job done with such an extremely high volume of patients. You have to do the job of 3 people at once sometimes. Promises are always empty and change never happens as expected.

Pros

There are a lot of great people who work there and everyone has a positive attitude. The place is huge and there really is a lot of experience to gain with so many different systems.

Cons

For being a hospital, the health benefits are not that great. The workload was massive for my position and the hours were less than desirable for someone with a family.
