There are none. This used to be a great place to work with great people. Not anymore.
Cons
The current management team rules with threats, fear, and intimidation. Most of the legacy AAI people with years of valuable industry experience have been fired or run off in favor twenty-something blonds in short skirts who know little about much of anything. After sticking with the company through bankruptcies, turnovers, name changes, and numerous sets of management teams, this team is by far the worst. They are incompetent and try to make up for their lack of knowledge by keeping everyone afraid and isolated. If you're one of them, one of their girlfriends, or one of their favorites, work is probably pretty good. For most employees, though, coming to work every day is like entering into a living hell. If you're considering working here, don't do it.
