      Pros

      The are some great people and talent within the organization. Sadly they do not retain it.

      Cons

      This is the bottom of the barrel. Facilities not well maintained. Very big on micromanagement. Low pay. Say goodbye to your weekends your plans and family time are not important. Compliance issues. The list could go on forever.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive and appealing. Air conditioning, free water...not much else. They have been spending a lot of money on updates.

      Cons

      Poor personnel management. They look for avenues to increase profits while over working and shorting their employees. Shorting meaning-reduced time off, restricting time off, cutting pay, limiting bonuses/payouts. Management, on all levels/departments, creates a hostile and unwelcoming feeling while at work. Manufacturing areas are dirty and contain standing particles from products and starting material, unhealthy working conditions.

      Pros

      The company is growing every day. The leadership team is striving to make Alcami well-known in the industry, as well as have community presence in each of the 7 sites. There is growth opportunity within positions and teams. A majority of the employees are friendly and positive, making for a fun environment to spend a large amount of time.

      Cons

      More space is needed to house the ever-growing team of employees, but that is being addressed and there will be new facilities sooner than later.
