The end of the month rush to meet revenue goals is stressful and not always well executed. This job becomes routine and mundane very quickly as you run the same experiments over and over. The salary is not very competitive and there is little room for advancement.

In my opinion, this company lacks diversity, communication, professionalism, and most of the managers should not be holding their positions. There's no managerial training to assist them with their lack of skills (soft and hard skills), so it often goes unattended and employees are intimidated by them and will not speak up. Their dubious task of changing culture will remain futile until they identify the real issues, and unfortunately these issues stem from some of the long time employees that are very resistant to change and their loyalty is their entitlement to do whatever the heck they choose to do.
