      Run Away!

      There is nothing good or decent about this company.

      Cons

      This is the absolute worst company that I have ever worked for. Scientists are treated like dirt. People are appointed to managers or even directors that have no management skills or history. Favoritism is rampant. Science is not valued at this company. The only thing that matters is meeting monthly revenue goals. If they are not met - BEWARE- your job is in peril.

      Pros

      Will hire for most positions straight out of school. Good place to get your couple of years experience before moving on to better companies. A few of the managers, including mine, are great. Coffee supply is good and free.

      Cons

      Understaffed due to bad retention as well as our poor reputation driving away talent. Site and executive leadership have significant character and behavior issues, not the type of people to inspire folks to work hard and buy into the company. Training is unacceptably poor. Bad employees either aren't fired or don't get the help they need to succeed, middle-of-the-road employees aren't motivated to improve, and top employees aren't rewarded for hard work.

      Pays is well but that's about it

      Cons

      Employees get mistreated and lied too and there is no work life balance you also work mandatory overtime so the schedule is basically 14 days on and 2 days off
