      Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever worked for. Senior management is immoral, vindictive and lacking any semblance of business acumen.

      Pros

      HR earns their money at this company! Unfortunately, their days are similar to the directions on a shampoo bottle - Hire, exit, repeat.

      Cons

      Ethical issues, non-compliance, poor working environment, high turnover. It's all been said before, and the answers are there for those who look. Don't be fooled by HR's poor attempts to bias perception on the company with responses on Glassdoor. It's a last ditch effort to stay relevant and sway any remaining candidates into thinking this is a company worth working for.

      From what I hear, those who go away from Alcami leave will with a Nazi work ethic that employers value.

      Cons

      There is rampant corruption at Alcami starting with the revolving door of ELT's. Issues with compliance and enforcement agencies seem to be a norm here. Sadly, according to management, Alcami is going into the right direction in spite of this. There is very little accountability in regards to how ELT and management operate. There needs to be a scapegoat for failure to meet client's requests or compliance, so how else to blame than the analysts who took no part in the issue.
