      There is always room to grow and it is encouraged by management. Hard-working and conscientious people are recognized.

      Like other companies, the bottom line is important and there are certain individuals that have may have been conditioned to cut-corners and given responsibilities that are beyond their capabilities. It is a fast-paced environment that may constraint thoughtful and informed decision-making.
