Cons

Very discriminative work environment. Work and career advancement is based on who managers like. Qualification, handwork and ability doesn't matter.

I think this is a good job with a lot of room for upward mobility and the people are very nice and it is a fun work environment.

Cons

It is a hard job and you have to work with toxic chemicals and you have to be very safe everyday.

Pros

Learning to work under ridiculous levels of stress. A good place to gain experience, because this place is a worst case scenario. If you can work here for a year or better, anywhere else will be like a vacation.

Cons

Poor implementation of new systems and no support for those systems. Policies and practices are written by people who have no clue how to perform the work.
