Alcami pays exceptionally well if your intent is to dedicate your entire life to your job.

Cons

There is not even remotely any kind of organization to Alcami. It’s absolutely absurd. If you work hard, you’re an expert on everything, and good luck because you need to sign this real quick. “Sorry, it needs to get done”

There a no good reasons to work here. Read the other reviews. Worked with them for a short time and it was a terrible experience.

Cons

Upper management is rude and doesn't care about employees. Many people quit and there is a lot of turnover throughout the company.

Pros

Not many pros. The pay is slightly above average. I would say employees but all the good ones left. Good experience out of college

Cons

So much is wrong with this company. At the Germantown site we have lost 21 employees in the past 2 months. Management keeps saying they were getting great opportunities elsewhere but that's a lie. They are leaving because management has no idea what they are doing. We have a site director who is clueless and micromanaged everything but has no idea what goes on. Management plays favorites and those people get ahead quickly.
