Pros
The team I had was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better group of people. Love the area. Positive interviewing experience, loved the interviewing team and process.
Cons
The executive team is not very knowledgeable about running a business, they all come from the same company (Lonza) and they only care about one another. They literally do not care about anyone else. I know people at the company that quit because of the CCO. I think that when turnover is as high as it is at a organization, the leaders should see that as a sign that something is not working. I believe the only leader that is worth anything is the CFO. The new CAO thinks that he is the most brilliant thing that has every existed, and I have heard him say that "it's nothing personal, it's just business". I'm sorry but if you don't put your employees first you don't have a successful business and you will fail. I think that most everyone is starting to see Alcami for what it really is.... just executives pocketing money and sitting on their butts.
