Management loves to micromanage and over delegate. In an effort to make the most money possible they run their understaffed labs rampant trying to keep up. Incompetent supervisors who have rollercoaster mood swings. There are not enough people in the labs to keep up with manufacturing needs along with client work. Everyone is burnt out with one foot out the door. You cannot get a promotion without working tons of overtime. If you are efficient at your job and leave on time, you will be penalized by not being promoted. Badge swipe access- they track every minute you are in or out of the building. They will pull it and use against you. Healthcare is expensive here and you still pay everything until deductible is met. They say its “competitive” and it is not.

You are GMPd, SOPd and Qualitied to death. Nitpicking like you've never seen and then a "critical error" to resize a box for example. This is no exaggeration and then it goes against your "metrics". No one has your back and management is too lazy to be bothered with it. We're all treated like children and every breath you take is monitored. You must account for every minute of an 8 hour day. Furthermore, if you even blink wrong someone will surely be there to tell on you like it's a kindergarten class. The gossip mill is out of control and this includes upper management. We are chewed out for something different every week and it makes it impossible to do your job. Additionally, there is no support at this company for growth. They want you to do one thing and that's it. No new training unless you want to do that on your own time or really fight for it ... Which speaking of, don't expect to have free time. You have to bend over backwards to please these people who just want more and more. If you're not a "favorite" then you're a nobody. If you're a nobody, you better watch your back.
